Information used to fulfil orders

LS Perfumes collects the receiver’s name, mobile number, delivery address, selected products and order notes to process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support. Please include only information needed for your purchase.

Payments & service providers

Our website and order database are hosted on Cloudflare. Delivery details are shared with the courier to fulfil your order. Online payment details are entered on PayMongo’s secure checkout; we do not store your card details. We keep payment references and confirmation status with the order.

Your shopping bag

Your product selections are stored in this browser so you can return to your shopping bag. Checkout uses session data to help prevent duplicate orders. The admin page uses a secure session cookie.

Your information

Order information is retained for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact LS Brands to request access, corrections or deletion, subject to records we need to retain.
