Delivery across the Philippines

Shipping costs ₱80 unless your order contains at least two non-tester items. 3ML Perfume Testers do not count toward the free-shipping requirement. Tester-only orders and orders with one non-tester item plus testers have ₱80 shipping. Orders with two or more non-tester items receive free shipping, even when testers are included. The final shipping fee is shown before you place your order.

Preparing your order

Dispatch preparation depends on the selected product and variant. Some refills are made to order. Contact LS Brands for an estimated dispatch date before ordering if you need your parcel by a specific date. Courier delivery time varies by location.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available. When enabled at checkout, GCash, Maya and card payments are handled securely by PayMongo. An online order is paid only after payment confirmation.

Delivery issues & returns

Please check your receiver details before ordering. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact LS Brands with your order number and photos of the parcel and product so we can help resolve the issue.
